Getting started
Connect your Nexxchange account from the status icon, then create a booking job with Add booking.
Booking jobs
Choose a golf course, date, time window and players. TeeScout runs the job when the booking window opens.
Synchronization
Sync with Nexxchange checks all future completed bookings at once and updates their remote status.
Cancellations
Cancel real bookings directly in Nexxchange, then synchronize TeeScout.
Account settings
Use Account Settings to choose your favorite club, change your password and select your language. Manage friends from its own menu option.
Understanding statuses
- Queued
- Waiting for its scheduled execution time.
- Completed
- Nexxchange confirmed the booking operation.
- Failed
- The attempt could not finish and can be retried.
- Reconnect required
- Reconnect Nexxchange before retrying.
Recommendations
- Keep the Nexxchange indicator green before a scheduled job runs.
- Choose a realistic time window to improve the chance of finding availability.
- Cancel real bookings only in Nexxchange, then run synchronization.
